About the Role

As an Operational Event Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of hosted buyer/delegate programs across all events. This includes working closely with the Head of Hosted Buyer Operations to implement and ensure the smooth running of event hosted attendee programs.

Responsibilities
  • Hosted program coordination – customer service
  • Telesales and telemarketing
  • Data management, acquisition, and retention
Requirements
  • Experience in the operational delivery of hosted buyer/delegate programs
  • Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multi-projects simultaneously
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, strong benefits, and a dynamic and exciting culture.
