We're committed to equal employment opportunities and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions
  • Define strategy & roadmap for your team and execute on that roadmap with a high degree of autonomy, velocity, and craftsmanship
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain high performing engineers (and help with other cross-functional roles)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing software engineers working on products used by external users
  • A proven track record of building products (both as a manager and individual contributor) that are best in class in user experience
  • A relentless focus on business impact through product & engineering excellence
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in building a high-performing and highly engaged engineering team; including mentoring, and growing senior engineers

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
