The Role of a Psychology Graduate
In this role, you will be responsible for working one-to-one and with small groups of children with SEND needs, supporting teachers in delivering targeted lessons, and contributing to the overall well-being and success of students. Your expertise in psychology and experience working with children will enable you to provide tailored support and guidance to help students reach their full potential.
Requirements and Qualifications
We require individuals who possess a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field from a Top 20 UK University, experience working with children, particularly those with SEND needs, and a genuine passion for education and its benefits. Your ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues will be crucial in making a positive impact in this role.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £420-£520 per week on a PAYE basis, ensuring stability and a competitive income for our successful candidates.
