Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Furniture Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless acquisition of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the procurement process, guaranteeing that DFS obtains products and services at competitive prices and terms.
• Support a variety of procurement activities, including RFx, contracts, and supplier onboarding.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluations to select top-tier vendors.
• Collaborate with senior buyers to provide expert support and training to stakeholders on procurement systems.
• Analyze data to inform category strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, such as purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
