Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team as a Client Service Manager. As a key member of our accounts department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional accounting services to support their business growth.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration of client services and contribute to the development of our accounting services.
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in accounting, ideally gained in a UK professional firm. You will have experience in preparing statutory and management accounts, VAT, and bookkeeping using Xero and Sage. A recognized accountancy qualification (AAT) and/or qualified by experience is essential.

- Prepare statutory and management accounts, VAT, and bookkeeping using Xero and Sage.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and provide expert advice to support their business growth.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our firm by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- Strong background in accounting, ideally gained in a UK professional firm.
- Experience in preparing statutory and management accounts, VAT, and bookkeeping using Xero and Sage.
- Recognized accountancy qualification (AAT) and/or qualified by experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
