About the Role:

We are seeking a Chartered Estates Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive rewards package, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and rent reviews.
  • Conducting valuations, including Local Authority Asset Valuations.
  • Handling rating appeals and performing estate management duties.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of post-qualification experience as a General Practice Surveyor.
  • Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a relevant degree.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate with internal and external parties.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a large team.
  • A full UK Driving Licence to accommodate travel requirements.
