Job Overview:

Holt Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician to join their team in Cheltenham.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,000 per annum, with the potential for an Overtime Payment (OTE) of up to £50,000.

In addition to the salary, employees receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays, a pension scheme, wellness program, sick pay, life insurance, staff discounts, and long service rewards.

About the Role:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work on Electric and Hybrid vehicles
  • Fitting accessories and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing video reporting systems and completing service paperwork

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification (training provided)

Location: The role will be based in Cheltenham, with working hours including Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:00pm (overtime paid).
