An experienced Accounts Administrator is required to work on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience in financial processing and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
About the Position:This temporary role involves handling customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support with Standing Order income processes to ensure seamless payment collection.
- Record all payments accurately on our system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer interactions and payments.
- Previous experience in financial processing, including reconciliations and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately to prevent errors.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
