We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic Waltham Forest Psychological Services team. As a key member of our community care and mental health wellness team, you will provide expert psychological services to clients with secondary care mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a doctoral level training in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, HCPC registration or eligibility, and post-doctoral training in one or more evidence-based psychological interventions. They will also have experience working in secondary care level adult mental health NHS settings, assessing, formulating, and intervening in secondary care settings using evidence-based psychological interventions.

As a flexible and innovative practitioner, you will be able to work in line with community psychology principles, develop initiatives that meet local needs, and support psychologically minded practice across the service. You will also be able to conduct research in secondary care adult mental health settings, assess and manage clinical risk, and provide consultation to multi-disciplinary teams.

This is a permanent, part-time post offering a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum (pro rata) plus High Cost Area Supplement (£4,551 - £5,735).
