Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

Rullion Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, liaising with staff representatives to resolve issues and disputes, and ensuring efficient communication across the various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to
  • Liaise with staff representatives to resolve issues and disputes
  • Ensure efficient communication across the various teams to ensure work is carried out as efficiently as possible
  • Liaise with clients and contractors on any appropriate matters
  • Ensure all auditable records are kept and managed accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with permit systems
  • Ensure works carried out meet scope and the required quality parameters
  • Ensure progress records are accurately maintained and method statements are followed

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in electrical engineering
  • IOSH managing safely certificate
  • CSCS card in relevant discipline
  • NVQ level 4 diploma in construction site supervision (ideally)
