Learning Support Assistant | Westminster | ASAP Start

We are seeking dedicated and committed University Graduates to join our team of exceptional schools in and around Central London, Westminster. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to support and empower children with additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.

The Role
  • £475-550 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
  • Term time work only
  • Supporting inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of children with EHCPs
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with additional needs
  • Collaborating with and following guidance of the faculty, SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils
  • Guaranteeing a safe and equitable environment for all children

Requirements
  • Obtained a degree in Psychology/Education (or relevant areas) from a Top 20 UK University
  • Has previous experience and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Showcase excellent communication and organisational skills, patience and resilience
