IT Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT in Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical administration support to the engineering manager and across the programme when possible.

• Provide technical administration support to the team as a primary focus, and across the programme when possible.
• Report to the engineering manager on tasks and schedule meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate document review processes, record meeting minutes, and manage collaborative working processes.
• Support management access to systems used within the programme, such as SharePoint sites and libraries, Teams sites, and Meridian.
• Clearly report progress and issues to the Engineering Team management.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You

• You must have a Live SC clearance.
• You should have experience with collaboration tools, document management, and technical administration.
• You will work in a hybrid environment, with some visits to site required.
