About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Technologist to join our Childrenswear team at Next. As a key member of our Fabric Technology team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the fabric technology process from design concept to delivery
  • Develop and elevate fabric quality, working closely with suppliers and the Fabric Technologist
  • Review fabric developments and set standards for quality and performance
  • Collaborate with the buying and design team to ensure decisions align with Next quality expectations and legal requirements
About You

We are looking for a team player with excellent people skills, technical knowledge of fabric, and a keen eye for detail. You will have a background in Jersey and Print, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of fabric sourcing, manufacturing, construction, and performance.
