Job Overview:

As an Automotive Damage Adjuster at Perfect Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing and resolving insurance claims efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

1. Claims Handling: Handle a high volume of claims efficiently, ensuring all details are accurately documented and processed in line with company and industry standards.
2. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the claims process.
3. Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate effectively with insurance companies, garages, body shops, and brokers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of claims.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims-related correspondence and transactions.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
