Job Overview

TXM Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Gardeners to work in ultra-high-end mansions in Chertsey, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining gardens and grounds to the highest standard, with flexibility to adapt during the busy season (May to October). We offer flexible hours and overtime opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mowing
  • Border Maintenance
  • Turf and Leaf Maintenance
  • Seasonal Bedding
  • Water Courses/Ponds/Waterfalls – Ensure Pond weed control

We are looking for a talented individual who wants to join our fast-paced and high-performing team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires the ability to work independently, think creatively, and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of garden maintenance.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience.
