About the Role:

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and setting up exam rooms in accordance with exam board regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist with starting and finishing each allocated examination in accordance with exam board regulations and guidelines.
  • Invigilate during examinations, supervising and dealing with student queries as required.
  • Collect all examination papers in accordance with exam board regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the examination room is left clear and tidy ready for the next session with all equipment collected in.
  • Attend meetings with the Examinations Officer when requested.
