About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Creative Director to lead our brand strategy and creative direction for the next 12-18 months. As a seasoned director, you will be responsible for managing our creative team and overseeing the development of exceptional brand-centric campaigns and creative content across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand engagement, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Lead the creative team in the conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless multichannel brand experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set the gold standard for digital-first brand and creative execution, balancing creativity and innovation with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and feed insights and learnings into future briefs, ensuring a data-driven approach to creative decision-making.
  • Develop and oversee the brand strategy for our business, creating a comprehensive understanding of what it means to deliver multichannel brand collateral.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering creative direction and brand strategy for a consumer-facing brand, with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Experience in managing a team of creatives, setting the creative vision and ensuring its rollout across all design and campaign work.
  • Ability to balance creativity and innovation with commercial objectives, monitoring performance and feeding insights into future briefs.
  • Strong understanding of what it means to deliver multichannel brand collateral, with a comprehensive approach to creative output.
  • Commercial approach to creative and brand decision-making, ensuring all campaigns and customer touchpoints drive brand engagement, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
