  • Conduct electrical checks and inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Install and upgrade equipment as required.
  • Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing and trash collection.
  • Undertake light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and general upkeep.
  • Regularly check and test safety systems, including fire alarms.
  • Inspect and repair any damages to building surfaces.
  • Participate in various projects, including renovations that improve our facilities.
  • Collaborate with our facilities manager to address any larger issues.
  • Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality, health, and safety.
