**About the Role**

The Eteach Group, a global leader in education technology, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth for our innovative School Recruiter solution.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in introducing our game-changing product to the education sector, working closely with our leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with schools and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer School Recruiter as a tailored solution.
  • Drive sales through various outbound channels, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present the benefits and key features of our products to acquire new business.
  • Take ownership of product functionality, gathering feedback from clients and contributing to product development.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and increase inbound sales.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and contribute to a competitive yet supportive sales team.
  • Represent our solutions at exhibitions, live events, and online webinars.
