Job Description

**Production Operative Role at CastleView Group**

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Production Operative at CastleView Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and containers
  • Receiving and processing inventory, including stock control and management
  • Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory and track orders
  • Participating in a variety of warehouse functions, including inbound, outbound, and stock control
  • Lifting and moving stock, wrapping pallets, and performing hygiene duties
  • Adhering to all safe systems of work and standard operating procedures
  • Picking and packing goods for orders going to customers and stores
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move stock up to 25kg
