Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to 5 years old
  • Working closely with our experienced staff to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
  • Supporting the daily activities of our children, including mealtimes, sleep times, and outdoor play
  • Helping children to develop essential skills, such as language, literacy, and numeracy
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children
