About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrification & Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a large European rail company, on a 3-month contract with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist the technical support team in providing performance, analytical, and production support for the maintenance team.
  • Encourage and assist the development of individuals and teams, as well as plan for safety and competence.
  • Monitor asset performance and maintain systems and databases.
  • Provide requirements to arrange track monitoring trains.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of maintenance delivery and safety processes.
  • Ability to lead and assist the technical support team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

A competitive daily rate of £420-£465 on an umbrella basis, with the potential to extend the contract.
