We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at easyJet. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for collaborating with functional areas to implement our people strategy aligned with our overall business plan.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting business leaders and HR Business Partners in designing and delivering people-related changes, projects, and programs.
  • Developing organisational design and implementation plans, ensuring thorough assessment of people impacts, resource requirements, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Providing expert, legally compliant, and commercially focused advice on people and OD changes.
  • Leading functional talent reviews at TLS and M&P levels and supporting HR Business Partners in performance calibrations, HMP talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Assisting in delivering the Reward agenda, including the annual pay review and bonus cycle, reviewing salary offers, and conducting job evaluations.
  • Managing out-of-cycle salary and headcount requests, submitting business cases to the Reward Sub-Committee, and updating HR systems and stakeholders.
  • Regularly reviewing people metrics and providing insights to functional leaders.
  • Supporting the creation or amendment of job descriptions, managing IR35 assessments, and ensuring Workday is updated following changes.
  • Collaborating with Finance Business Partners to capture cost impacts and headcount changes in budgets, and working with Employee Relations to support employee communication and consultation for people or OD changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, multi-site HR organisation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to utilise storytelling and data insights to advocate for change and present logical solutions to business problems.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
