NonStop Consulting, a leading charity based in Liverpool, is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join its dynamic team. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and interventions with young people in SEN and mainstream settings.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented therapist who can manage a clinical caseload of students, delivering direct and indirect interventions. The successful candidate will assess and support students' sensory, communication, and daily living needs, collaborating with school staff, families, and external professionals to deliver holistic care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in special educational settings and with young people and adults with complex needs, including Autism and profound and multiple learning needs. A valid HCPC/RCSLT registration is essential, as well as access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a clinical caseload of students, delivering direct and indirect interventions.
- Assess and support students' sensory, communication, and daily living needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and external professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Provide reports, contribute to EHCPs, and advise on students' development.
- Stay up-to-date with best clinical practices through ongoing CPD.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
