Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at beBee Professionals in Crosby, United Kingdom.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and seasonal dishes to enhance the culinary experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment with a strong track record of culinary excellence.
• Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines with a passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with a focus on attention to detail.
• Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred) with a commitment to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
