About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

**Job Summary**
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized support plans, enabling individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* No prior experience or qualifications required; full training provided
