Job Title: Plumbing and Heating Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team at Paradigm Employment Services Ltd. As a leading specialist in Plumbing and Heating systems, we excel in the supply and installation of cutting-edge central heating and renewable energy systems, offering sustainable, energy-efficient alternatives to traditional carbon-based heating.

Main Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the heating industry, with a strong understanding of heating and unvented hot water systems. They will be responsible for the installation of heating systems, hot water cylinders, and air source heat pumps, as well as maintenance and service work. The successful candidate will also have excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service.

Requirements:
Key requirements for the role include a minimum of 3 years experience in the heating industry, NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, and Gas registration. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in both commercial and residential settings, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Additionally, they will be trustworthy, courteous, and have a positive attitude, with a strong sense of duty to deliver quality service.
