Overview

We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to join Arcus FM Limited at our Redditch site on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of 15 Planners and Desk Agents, providing front-line support to clients by receiving, processing, and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance work orders. You will manage the team to deliver results from either a Planning or Desk perspective, ensuring accurate and concise reports of work order resolution status are provided daily to senior management.

You will work with multiple clients and manage various projects simultaneously, utilizing your problem-solving and performance management skills to drive success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong self-motivated people manager with effective communication, problem-solving, and performance management skills. You will also require the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
