Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, versatile catering services that cater to our customers' individual needs, including special diets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the food and labour budget, ensuring that menus can be delivered within budgetary levels.
- Receiving and amending of orders, food stock locations, and audits.
- Managing the Food Safety Management System and ensuring the team understands and implements it.
- Scheduling cleaning and maintenance routines for all food services areas and kitchen equipment.
- Carrying out risk assessments and cleaning the kitchen to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering environment, with experience of cooking for various groups of people.
- Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality is essential.
- A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Knowledge of online catering software packages.
- Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures.
