Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide medicine safely and deliver exceptional care across all aspects of the role
• Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with varying physical and mental needs

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration
• Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
