Design Room Director

Are you an experienced Design Room Director looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our client's Drawing Office Department in Welshpool.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company and be part of a dynamic team. The role comes with a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme at auto-enrolment rates, death in service benefit, employee assistance programme, 'Know Your Numbers' optional health checks, and on-site car park.

1. To direct and manage the Drawing Office Department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and competencies.
3. Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and R & D + Technical.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
5. Produce regular reports for senior management.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management or leadership role.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Autocad, and Solidworks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
