Job Title: Out of School Care Auxiliary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our childcare team as an Out of School Care Auxiliary. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Teacher in the delivery of stimulating activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the childcare team to ensure the needs of children and their families are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of childcare programs and activities.
  • Provide a high level of care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
