Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Analysis team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, understand, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders within the TP ICAP Business, Corporate, and Technology teams
  • Analyse and model existing business processes and recommend improvements
  • Support the delivery roadmap and ensure it aligns with business priorities
  • Articulate business requirements to support planning and estimation
Requirements:
  • Experience in a business analysis role in the delivery of complex systems
  • Experience of eliciting and capturing requirements using user stories and use cases
  • Enterprise system experience and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised, and proactive approach
