Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled IT Project Engineer to deliver dynamic and reactive single day projects, configure and install network hardware, configure new users, deliver MS365 solutions, and oversee data migrations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Deliver single day projects and provide support on escalated tickets from the support desk.
- Schedule Management: Manage your schedule day to day to ensure project deadlines are met while continuing to assist with service requests and act as a point of escalation for the support desk.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the life cycle of a project to ensure that the customer receives an excellent experience.
- Site Visits: Attend site to resolve reported issues, install hardware and appropriate cabling.
- Advanced Support: Provide advanced support in networking, infrastructure, and Wi-Fi.
- Case Escalation: Escalate cases when required.
- Documentation: Update all support case information as required on a timely basis and update all support, project, and customer documentation where required.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative duties where required.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organisation and Self-Motivation: Organised and self-motivated.
- Effective Communication: An ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.

- Microsoft Technologies: Technical expertise in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365, etc).
- Network Protocols: In depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
- Remote Support Tools: AnyDesk/Pulseway/Automate - remote support tools.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications CISCO, Microsoft etc.
- Active Directory: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra.
- Office 365 Migration: Office 365 migration experience.
- Salary: £36k-£40k per year (Depending on Experience).
- Core Hours: Core Hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- On-site Parking: On-site parking.
