As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and surgical care to animals, working closely with our experienced RVN, Receptionists, Care Assistant, Supervisor, and Practice Manager.

About the Role
  • Examine and observe animals to diagnose health problems and assess their health
  • Perform laboratory tests on samples and specimens
  • Dress and treat wounds, perform surgery, and prescribe medication
  • Test for diseases and administer vaccinations
  • Perform ultrasound and diagnostic imaging tests
  • Advise animal owners on preventive healthcare, general care, and nutrition
  • Spay and neuter dogs and cats
  • Maintain medical records of animals

Our Summerview clinic is located in the heart of the Malpas community, with easy access to Bristol, Cardiff, and Newport. We are situated near local amenities with parking outside the practice.
