Accountancy Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, preparing management accounts, and providing advisory services to clients.
About the Role:- Plan and review accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited companies.
- Work closely with clients, sending final accounts, proactively handling queries, and building trusted relationships.
- Forecast and manage budgets, as well as overseeing workflow and scoping improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiencies.
- Prepare and review personal and corporation tax computations, including tax returns, tax liabilities, and providing trusted tax advisory.
- Support the firm's strategic direction by identifying new service lines for your clients.
- Support Managers and Partners with ad hoc duties as required.

- ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable post-qual experience in practice.
- Experienced in accounts preparation, working to deadlines and budgets.
- Adept at using Microsoft Office suite, primarily excel.
- Working knowledge of accountancy software, including Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
