About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Pharmacy Advisor. As a Trainee Pharmacy Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop your skills in tailoring conversations with customers to ensure they leave our pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Work towards delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, ensuring the safe supply of medicines, and minimizing dispensing losses.
  • Comply with legal and professional requirements, as well as accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
  • Seek opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.
  • Contribute to delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer care.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes working towards an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge further, with the potential to progress to an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) role.
