Job Title: Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic 2-form entry school in Bexley, Southeast London. This is a long-term role until July 2025, commencing in September. Permanency and teacher training options will be available for strong candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes.
  • Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration.
  • Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress.
  • Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute.
