Job Description

This role involves expertly managing clinics, delivering customer-centric Hearingcare solutions, and acting as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare.

You'll be responsible for providing informed, confident, and supportive assistance to customers throughout their Hearingcare journey, recommending solutions from our full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments
  3. Safely perform BSA-recommended procedures
  4. Maintain precise clinical records
  5. Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales
  6. Champion Hearingcare and generate in-store demand
  7. Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements
Requirements
  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience
  • Consistent clinical audit results
  • Completion of CPD requirements
  • Achievement of commercial targets
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills
Compensation Package
  • Competitive salary: up to £39,000 + monthly bonus
