As an OTM/GTM Application Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring OTM/GTM modules to meet the needs of the organization and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and understand OTM/GTM management related business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and implement customizations and enhancements to align with and support business processes
  • Provide training to users
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes
  • Experience and capability in standard lifecycle activities - requirements mapping, gap analysis, conference room pilots, UAT, and all other disciplines required for implementation
  • Bespoke projects, customizations, upgrades, system, and business process advice and guidance

Requirements:
  • OTM/GTM Solution expert - a minimum of five years implementation experience
  • Essential Functional Skills: OTM/GTM modules/functionality as appropriate
  • Oracle ERP exposure across any of the following domains: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Modules, Procurement/Purchasing Modules, Projects Modules, Repair/Service Modules, Finance Modules
  • Broad IT Knowledge - specifically on large ERP type systems (SAP/IBS/CODA)
  • Knowledge/experience of design to implementation methodologies
  • Technical IT (security, transaction processing, user interface, data management, Operating Systems Services)
  • Understanding of SLA and Service Delivery
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team Working and Line Management of delivery/support teams
  • Logical Analysis
  • Business awareness (Business case, organization, business process, strategic planning, Business Functions)
  • IT development skills (dba, sql, web)
  • Excellent Word, Excel, VISIO, PowerPoint skills, Office technologies
