About the role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Waitrose Creative & Content team as our Creative Planning Project Manager. As a key member of the team, you will support the integration of our new hybrid creative operation in collaboration with a newly partnered vendor.

You will champion innovative ways of working within the hybrid studio, optimising our new production technology platform. Collaborating with planners, you will integrate new workflows and processes, and be the daily point of contact for the partnered agency.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the hybrid studio in delivering creative assets that align with our brand values, engaging customers with relevant content, and driving trade growth. You will facilitate the translation of briefs from planning through to implementation and assist in producing and communicating both the Waitrose Content and Customer plan.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience of creative operations across digital marketing, online and store estate
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all marketing channels (ATL / BTL)
  • Agency/supplier management
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
