About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Stylist in our Pets Grooming salon in Burgess Hill. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional pet care and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality pet care and grooming services to our clients, including handling techniques, equipment usage, and pre-grooming preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service and a positive experience for our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in pet care and grooming.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working flexibly across 6 days a week to meet the needs of our business.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base pay, with opportunities to earn the Real Living Wage (or more) through our Earn As You Learn training programmes.
  • A minimum contract of 39 hours, with the potential to work additional hours to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.
  • A comprehensive training programme, including a minimum of 1,000 hours of learning to get you signed off as a Stylist.
  • Annual bonus and life assurance.
  • Company pension contribution of 4% and colleague discount of 20% across the Group.
