Network Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Manager to join our team at Sparscotland. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, supervise team members, and ensure the smooth operation of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in Retail, Food to Go, and PO Local areas, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Open and close stores, attend call-outs during non-trading hours, ensuring continuity of service.
- Supervise a team of store colleagues, allocate tasks, and ensure duties are completed efficiently.
- Cash up and balance tills accurately according to company procedures.
- Promote the Sparscotland image and brand through professional behavior and personal presentation.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, adhering to company planograms.
- Sell and promote offers to customers, process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company security measures, protecting colleagues and stock.
- Utilize relevant systems for price checking, Shelf Edge Labelling, and stock control.
- Support the Store Manager as needed, completing relevant training requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store at all times.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and store management principles.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and stock control software.
