Job Overview:

As a Civil Engineering Work Site Supervisor with Forestry and Land Scotland, you will be working in the Central Region, supporting Civil Engineers in planning, delivering, and supervising site operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams and engaging with the public and contractors.


Key Tasks:
  1. Work collaboratively with civil engineers, multi-disciplinary teams, and engage with the public and contractors.
  2. Conduct inspections of forest roads, bridges, structures, and quarries, recording data using GPS and GIS.
  3. Support in planning road maintenance, preparing scopes of work, and ensuring quality on-site.
  4. Carry out site visits and audits, discussing safety and environmental performance, and reporting incidents.
