Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at Talent Finder. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Preparation and Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate inventory records, and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure seamless delivery and pickup of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze warehouse reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a warehouse role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 required, with a Counter Balance Fork Lift license preferred but not essential.
