Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical / Forensic / Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Delfryn House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaborating with the team to develop risk assessments and care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audit and quality improvement initiatives, promoting excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Clinical / Forensic / Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience working in a clinical forensic or mental health setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
