Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Assistant to join our Residential lettings team in the Marlow area.

This office-based role requires a motivated and efficient individual who can utilize email, handle telephone calls, and manage walk-in enquiries with ease.

A car and full UK driving license are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients in the office
  • General office administration including filing, updating brochure displays, post, and brochure mail outs
  • Ensure brochure folders are kept replenished
  • Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be provided
  • Arranging pitch and viewing appointments

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, confidence, proactivity, and a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Marlow and surrounding areas, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in delivering first-class customer service.
