Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support the development and education of children in early years settings.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and other staff members to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of activities
- Supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
- Fostering a safe and inclusive environment
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
