Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team in Regional Scotland. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading project schedules for large-scale construction projects, ensuring efficient resource use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project schedules and ensure efficient resource use
  • Create compliant project programs
  • Provide advanced expertise during contract stage, ensuring strategic planning and execution
  • Manage project critical paths and resources, addressing potential issues and driving projects to successful completion
  • Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving contract-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience of planning procedures within large complex building environments within the construction industry
  • Proficiency with project management tools - ASTA
  • Knowledge and working experience of 4D planning
  • Expertise in contract management, resource planning, and risk analysis
  • Excellent adaptability, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
