We are looking for a skilled Handyman Extraordinaire to provide expert maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties in Surrey. The successful candidate will receive £200 per day for their services. As a trusted tradesperson, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive reputation for MaxAd Careers.
The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills, including:
- Carpentry: hang doors, change locks, fittings, windows
- Basic Plumbing: taps, basins, showers, leaks
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering
- Tiling
In addition to technical skills, we require:
- Previous experience in on-site domestic maintenance and installations
- Strong work ethic and an eagerness to continue learning
- Organised, clean worker able to work in occupied residential properties
